Engineered carbon removal, via industrial-scale biochar production.

Every project is built around robust, evidence-based measurement, clear governance, and strong local operating capability. We work with specialist technical partners and embed monitoring, traceability, and independent verification in project design before development begins.

How we work

We begin by assessing project fundamentals: land, biomass, operating partners, local conditions, revenue potential, technical feasibility, and long-term environmental requirements.

Measurement is embedded from the start. Monitoring, reporting and analytics support decision-making across site selection, carbon development, carbon accounting, biodiversity protection, operational performance, and financial reporting.

The result is a project model designed to be measurable, repeatable and capable of withstanding scrutiny.

Build the commercial foundation

Projects require resilient operating models. In forestry, that means productive assets. In biochar, it means reliable biomass supply and credible routes to market.

Embed measurement early

Carbon, operational performance, and environmental impact are defined at feasibility stage and monitored throughout the life of the project.

We bring together the technical expertise each project requires, from forestry and restoration to engineering, technology and MRV (monitoring, reporting, and verification).
