Julio Linares serves as the Head of Forestry for Paraguay, bringing more than twenty years of dedicated experience in the forestry sector across Venezuela and Chile. Julio specializes in the strategic management of forestry plantations, specifically Eucalyptus and Pine, catering to both industrial and environmental objectives.

His proficiency extends to comprehensive logistics management, coupled with a robust emphasis on certifications, including FSC® and ISO, to ensure rigorous environmental, quality, and social assessments. Julio earned his degree as a Forestry Engineer from the University Los Andes in Venezuela and furthered his expertise in administration through specialized studies at the Institute of Superior Administration (IESA).
