Charlie Sichel

Charlie has 20 years of experience in the financial and professional services sector, working across forestry, commodity trading and investments, as well as private equity.

Charlie began his career at Ernst & Young, before specializing in commodity trading and investments at ED&F Man. He has been involved in private equity, as both a consultant with Alvarez & Marsal overseeing portfolio company turnarounds, and as CFO and Investment Director of an investment fund focused on forestry investments in South America for the past five years. He has extensive emerging market experience and speaks fluent French & Spanish.

He is a Chartered Accountant, holds an MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France, and was formerly a platoon commander in the Welsh Guards.
